Was looking for a couch cleaning service and my wife found these guys and contacted them, set up an appointment. Guy didn't seem professional but we continuted with the service. Basically doused our couch, left a mess, didn't clean as provided. Didn't use shampoo. Deal originally stated at $69 but pulled a foot in the door move and said $225. Good reviews are fake and fradulent, yelp only has negative reviews. No google reviews exist, website advertises positive google reviews. Technician's are untrained, and unprofessional. After following through requesting a refund, technician texted us from his personal number that he would be coming back soon to "fix your problem." No thanks.

I tried to hire this company to do a carpet cleaning

They offer a 3 bedroom cleaning for $69

It doesn’t really specify what they are offering
So I call book and their employee comes out and says it will be more

So I say well it’s $69 for 3 rooms how is it going to be $179 for a deep cleaning

Well I think they go off how my house looks like

But that shouldn’t mater if that’s the special they have

Anyway the employees are super rude and they deserve 0star review nowhere does it say it’s only for a basic or deep cleaning

Called this company to set-up a upholstery cleaning for 69 dollars. The cleaner showed up and said to clean one couch it would be 299 and 199 to clean carpet. Told person we didn't want services they said you must pay 69 dollars for cancellation. They were gauging prices that were not agreed on. Their website said, "no obligations". Called company they shared a manager would call me back. They never called me back. When I call the company no one answers.
