My order was confirmed on their web site (NO PHONE NUMBER TO SWITZERLAND WAS PROVIDED). A tracking ID was attached to the order that did not represent my delivery address. This error was admitted to me within a customer service email thread. That product was delivered 2000 miles away. A VALID TRACKING ID FOR MY PRODUCT SHIPPED TO ME WAS NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME. A product arrived that was not what I ordered (wrong manufacturer, wrong description, all evident on the printed box, etc) so I declined acceptance, and the carrier returned the package (tracking ID unknown). A bogus mailing label, where I had to pay shipping, was sent after the fact via email. I am contesting the transaction with my financial institution. This is a BAIT-AND-SWITCH FELONY.
