Over the course of 4 weeks they sent me 3 different tracking links. The first 2 showed the package coming from Spain (as the ad said it would). After not seeing any movement they sent me the 3rd link showing it coming from China and being held in Virginia at the USPS. after contacting the USPS I was informed the address of the package was my city and state, but not my address, and not a simple typo, but a completely different address. The package could not be delivered to me.

So I contacted Grammarto and they would only do a refund minus shipping and a restocking fee, FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE!. I have the order confirmation and it has my correct address, Grammarto just didn’t put the correct address on my package. I’ve had 4 back-and-forth mails with them and they will not give me a full refund.
