- Brighton, MA, USA

Grafton Collection appears like a normal online storefront. However, after placing an online order and following up several times via email, I only received automated responses and a link to an online tracking page that showed that the shipment was stuck in transit from China. To date (3 months past the purchase date), I have never received the ordered items.

- Wheaton, IL, USA

The company claims that they sell coffee mugs out of “mineral crystals”. The site has pictures of real crystals, and even has a video of how they are made. Even in their specifications, it says that the mugs are made of “real mineral crystals”.

What I received was a spray painted piece of plastic that looked nothing like the pieces on the web site.

I would have returned it, but sending it back to China was just not worth it.

Grafton Collections advertised Mineral Crystal Coffee mugs (https://graftoncollection.com/products/mineral-crystal-coffee-mugs?variant=4623... The pictures and video showing the manufacturing process was beautiful. I ordered 3 of the blue mugs.

What I received was 3 painted resin mugs, shipped from a Mississauga address.

This is clearly a Bait and Switch Scam.

I requested a full refund from the seller. I received an email advising the units must be shipped Guangzhou, China for refund and all shipping charges sending and receiving would not be reimbursed.

- San Rafael, CA, USA

I ordered a crystal mug and what arrived looked NOTHING like the items pictured. It wasn't crystal or even mock crystal, just paint on a metal mug. I contacted them for a refund and received no response. This company also purported on its website and in ads to be based in the US but they are in China.

Grafton Collection used misguiding information on coffee mugs being made from crystal slabs. The mugs arrived after a month and were plastic painted, extremely small, more like an espresso size and had a metal insert which came out when you drank. Not safe. I have tried numerous times to get a refund label with only generic messages coming back. I have searched for a phone number but no luck.

- Seguin, TX, USA

Fake images are placed on their website showcasing beautiful mugs. The mugs are described on the website to have natural insulating properties from the minerals they are made of.

The mug you receive however is a hideous plastic that has been carved and painted. It is also unsafe to drink out of and an insert must be used. None of which is described on the website.

- Macomb, MI, USA

They showed video and pictures of "Crystal Mugs". What arrived was a resin mug with sloppy spray paint detail.

- San Antonio, TX, USA

Advertised gemstone coffee mugs online on their site and the product received was fake plastic mugs.

- Gettysburg, PA, USA

The scammer used false advertisement. They showed a video a the coffee mugs being made from a large crystal. The mugs received were made of hard rubber or plastic. The inside of the mugs comes out of the cup. You wouldn't be able to use them without the drink ending up on your face. They tried to cover their tracks by saying there will be discrepancies in the color of each mug. If they were made of real crystals that would make sense so that was another statement used to scam the buyer.
