Mr. Hall was hired to fix drainage issues in my backyard and other various landscaping tasks. He was paid in full and never finished the work or did it so poorly that now the drainage and water standing in my backyard is worse than ever. I previously filed a complaint on the work, but it has come to my attention recently that he has zero experience in landscaping as he said he did and now I have to pay thousands more to make sure what work was done is correct and functional. He has recently been arrested and is currently in St. Charles County Jail on 4 felony charges and 1 misdemeanor. He also did the same thing to a friend I work with. I couldn't upload photos with the original complaint. I kept getting an error message but have large amounts of correspondence, estimates, invoices and pictures of my yard.
