My husband received a notice from Medicare that this company, Gpaak Equipment LLC, tried to bill them twice for Intermittent Urinary Catheters.

Once on May 22, 2025 and once on June 20, 2025.

Thankfully, Medicare did not approve.

Both were for 300 Intermittent urinary catheters.

States it was ordered by a Dr. David M. Rodriguez from Gpaak Equipmentments LLC in Richardson Tx.

My husband and I reside in Oklahoma.

This is medical fraud.
