Company's website masquerades as a government service suggesting it will electronically renew your passport. They collect an enormous amount of personal information, collect payment and then tell you to print out the same paper form the State Dept uses and then mail it to the State Dept. They provide no useful service whatsoever for the $68. The website has no actual business contact information but a phone number does appear on the credit card statement. This phone number traces back to an address in Santa Fe NM that also host numerous other scams.
