I was offered a packaging job with an acutual contract to sign to accept merchandise and even pick up from nearby stores to repackage and send out via UPS or Fed Ex. I was never paid and can no longer reach anyone at this company. Do Not do business or work for this company

Type of a scam Employment

Like all of you. I was hired to work remote for Golden Axis & after working for a month, It was time for me to receive my first paycheck, which was due today. I never received it. I was also locked out of my account. Called and sent messages and there was no reply. Hopefully, someone will come along and read these comments before they accept the job. As I should have.

My name is Deja and I am raising awareness as well as reaching out for help because my whole life is in crisis right now! I have fallen victim to an employment scam. Let me tell you how Golden Axis LLC, aka Goldenaxisusa, scammed me.

I submitted many applications on Indeed looking for a job, so I was not surprised when I received a call from Golden Axis offering me a position as a cargo specialist. They told me I would receive packages, it was my job to inspect the merchandise and log it on the dashboard, and then they would send me a shipping label. I would take the package to the shipping store, then post the receipt to the dashboard. They offered a $4200 base salary and bonuses for every task completed. I should have known it was too good to be true, but my optimism told me this was the breakthrough I was looking for because I had been struggling to find employment.

I thought it would be a good source of income and provide me flexibility as a full-time student. I completed the employment process, submitting my driver's license and filing an I-9 and W-4 form for taxes, so I thought everything was legit until the police came knocking on my door investigating a package that was purchased with a stolen credit card. I showed him all the proof that I had no knowledge of any fraud or illegal activities involved with this company. The officer explained to me that this company is under investigation for delivery scams and employment fraud and instructed me to return any future deliveries to the sender and that I will most likely not get paid for the work I have done.

I am still broke, still unemployed. Now I am officially behind on bills and in danger of being evicted and homeless, not to mention my car being repossessed while being a full-time college student. Please share and spread awareness and bring justice so that no more hardworking Americans fall victim to this despicable employment scam, taking advantage of people like me who just want to make an honest living while in debt to get their education to be able to have a career and not be a slave working a job that I hate.
Please share and help

I applied to many jobs on indeed so I was not a surprise to me when I received a call from Golden Axis offering me a job they offered me $4200 base salary and bonuses for every task completed. I completed their pre employment standards. I sent them copies of my driver license and filled a I-9 and W-4 form. I thought everything was legit until this morning the police showed up at my door asking me questions about packages and something about a stolen credit card. The police informed me that this company is a scam and that I would not be payed for my work. I declined other job offers for this one because I am a full time student and I thought the offer would provide flexibility in my schedule. Now I am behind on bills and now I am in danger of being evicted from by home and my car repossessed. Please share awareness to this company so they can be stopped from hurting more working class Americans who want to make a honest living.

I was contacted via email about this job wanting me to work for them. I didn’t see the email before they called me about it. I got the job and worked for them for about a month. I was supposed to get paid 03/01/25. I did not get paid and I tried to ask them about it. They said it could take up to 48hrs to show in my bank. That never showed so I tried to contact them again. I emailed, texted, and called all the contact numbers I had for this job and no will answer me. As of today I can no longer log in to my job portal and still have not heard from them.

Sending and receiving packages from customers

I have been filling out several applications on indeed. I got a phone call to set up a phone interview for this company call the Golden Axis LLC. She the lady I talked to with the interview told me that she was sending me emails and wanted to know that if I had received them which I didn't. But she told me that I could go on this page to fill out the contract for employment on sform.info/239F53. The pay sounded great with the exception of if you couldn't deliver a package, you would be deducted, I believe is how it went. It sounded too good to be true, so I checked it out and here I am. If you type that s form into your server, you can see what the pay is and what your deducted. Also, I knew something was up because she would call me twice in a row about every day except for Sunday and this is going on for a few weeks.

I received a totally unsolicited employment offer from Golden Axis LLC via email and phone a few days ago. I’m guessing they pulled my resume from LinkedIn? I’m not certain where they got my information. The first red flag was the heavy foreign accent of the lady that left a voicemail. Her English was very bad and she indicated that they needed to fill the role urgently. The email I received was addressed “Dear applicant”, instead of my name and requested that I verify a scheduled interview even though there was no interview scheduled and I haven’t actually spoke to anyone from the “company “. The physical address in the email signature pulls up as a vacant warehouse space currently available for rent. Hope this information helps someone avoid falling victim to whatever scam they are likely trying to run.

So Im the one that clicked confirm for interview! I was then interviewed via phone. Then I received email and phone call to offer me a position as a cargo specialist. Same pay that was mentioned, 4200+ bonus. Im actually ending my second week working for the company. The first two offers from them I rejected. I told the lady it was a scam and it wasn’t sitting right with me . The woman then sent these to clarify it was a legit company.

An email was found offering a job. The pay was great, and the duties were simple. Mailing packages that came to the home after inspection of the contents. It all sounded too good to be true and then after getting phone calls from supposed managers, the packages would begin to arrive. I noticed the operation seemed too fast and the pressure was on to accept packages asap. When I looked on internet, I saw one person identifying this firm, Golden Axis LLC as a scam. It confirmed my suspicions. When I looked on ScamPulse.com website, I saw two more claims that this firm is a scam. I insisted that the firm no longer contact me or send packages. I was warned by Consumer Affairs office in Montana that Golden Axis has all the signs of being a scam. They did take a copy of my driver license which Consumer Affairs said I should report that to the DMV which I did.
