I saw an ad through Instagram for a really nice iPad case. I read up and it seemed legit. I set up a payment plan through Shop Affirm (which I've used dozens of times) and ordered it. It didn't come from their US warehouse as stated. It came from China. I waited longer than expected and when it did finally arrive in the States, it went to a completely different address in the same state I live in, on the opposite side of the state. I live near Pittsburgh, Pa. It was sent to Philadelphia. Per my account and the automatic emails from the company, my address was correct. I emailed them with proof and they have not responded. Per comments through their social media, it seems this is fairly common.

I just want my money back at this point. I have also emailed Shop Affirm with the situation.
