An online purchase was made by credit card.

Purchase and payment was confirmed.

Delivery date was set.

Notification of delivery was made, but no item(s) showed up. Company was unable to assist with Proff of Delivery (POD).

When contacted by phone at (855) 604-9626, company stated that they hired a delivery service, but could not provide POD. Yet, they insisted that there wesite was faulty and could not even access POD on their end.
