I ordered several charms from this site. The tracking info says it’s still in California for customs clearance. I ordered over 22 days ago. Still no package, no return phone calls, no return emails, 1 800 number continues to go directly to voicemail.

They are not a U.S. company and further more they tell you items will ship in 5-7 business days and you end up waiting for weeks. Your order is number won’t even be recognized by their site and shipping confirmation never comes the 1800 number never is answered and they only send bot generated email responses this company should be shut down they steal from hardworking Americans and also in other countries too. I urge you to [censored] down this business front they are scammers!!
