Product was ordered, but the price quoted was not what they asked us to pay, and they added on two products that we did not order. They said to send the product for a refund at a specific address, a PO box, and I did that but it was returned to me by USPS because that address did not exist or was vacant, so a Return to Sender was issued. I received the product back, and have tried to email and call the address and numbers given, and I do not get a response. A refund was guaranteed, and we did have contact with them at first, and they told us we could return the items. But since then, no contact.

I was ordering one bottle to try it out however, when I got to the bottom of the order, it said I was getting six bottles at 3999 each and the total was 239 so I did not complete my order. I only wanted one bottle and since they did not offer that I did not finish the order.. however it came in the mail six bottles and I was charged $239. I called to get a refund, but I have to send it back and I have to pay the postage and they will be taking out a restocking fee and some other fee. I never ordered this. I did not complete the order. I started it, but I did not finish it.

Scamming an elderly lady

My grandmother purchased CBD gummies online. When trying to contact the company by the 1-855-547-0705 number it’s telling us they can’t be reached and to try the number again. They have scammed her twice for $239. My grandmother thought it was supposed to be a one time purchase of $39.99. We can’t figure out a way to stop the shipments other than contacting her card company. This is ridiculous.

I ordered from facebook glycoboost.com. website said it would cost 39.99. After i paid with my credit card , I looked on my bank account and was charged 3x. 2 amounts for 59.99 and 1 for 239.99. I called the 855 number for the company and there was no answer. I am disputing the transactions with my bank.

Ordered from Facebook at glycoboost.com. Cost was shown as $39.99. After put down credit card info, checked with my credit card company and it showed pending $59 and $239 charges. Contacted credit card company and since the amounts were in "pending" they said couldn't do anything until amounts were actually charged. Attempted to call the company's tx (855) 547-0705 multiple times. Each time there was never any answer. Received an email from [email protected] saying "Glycoboost - Glyco - 6 bottles SKU GLYCOB-GLY-6 and Glycoboost - DETOX - 2 bottles - SKU GLYCOB-DTX-2 were being sent. When responding to the Glycoboost email received the following back: Message blocked Your message to [email protected] has been blocked see technical details below for more information. The response from the remote server was: 554 5.7.1 : Relay access denied
