Was scammed on the internet for a weight loss product and was substituted with a Blood Sugar product. Never given an online receipt. I received in the mail 4 bottles of Gluco Health Plus Blood Sugar. Immediately called the number from my VISA statement 833-833-9306 (NY) and 877-762-8250 off the bottle to return items. Same recording. Dialed both several times and finally got a human who said to return to CA Returns Services, Client 25-008, 5300 Beach Blvd. Ste 110 #606, Buena Park, CA 90621-3861 and to mark package "RMA 180A052F6E83." I got an email confirming the RMA number, order date 3/13/25, ship date 3/15/25, and to return the product. I mailed on 3/21/25 with USPS tracking number: 9500 1100 5491 5080 3413 78 with estimated delivery 3/24/25. I traced the tracking and it shows ALERT Awaiting Delivery 3/29/25. It is a scam.

Please investigate and stop this nonsense! Thank you.
