Facebook ad takes you to the GlucoBio website to purchase their product, which is advertised at a per bottle rate of $29.95 I believe. Once your credit card information is entered for payment, an offer for an additional product is made with no way to get around clicking next and your card is charged an additional $199.85 for a product you didn't want. If you don't read the fine print, you don't realize that you've also signed up for a subscription and you will be charged again for additional shipments. I called to return the items I received since their website offers a money-back guarantee. After a run around speaking with a foreign customer service rep, I was given an address and RMA to return the product only to have the items returned to me as undeliverable. The US Postal confirmed that the return address is not a valid address.
