It began as freelance job opportunity doing sets of tasks to improve hotel rankings. You make a deposit through crypto.com complete task set earn commission for doing so then your deposit return to you then this works first few days by 5th day i encounter what they called combo task where a negative dollar amount is given you have to settle it by deposit more money and supposedly get higher profit back along with your deposit refunded. But in my case i encountered 3 combo task.first one $800, deposit second one for $1699, then a third one for $3599, however in their rules all task must be completed within 8hours it took me over month to raise the money to pay their combo tasks which resulted in complaint from their hotel merchant they said and to withdraw my money required paying $3486 for one hour deposit hold for merchant to remove complaint restore my credit within their system that took me additional couple weeks to pay, after that i was told there was hidden second complaint and that again would cost additional $3486 to be removed afteri pay that deposit id be able to withdraw all my money. So then i pay that and im told i can withdraw but it has to be in a certain order i start the process able to withdraw $200, then i try withdraw more and told my money been frozen due to withdraw error and now in order to withdraw i have to pay $5420 to their financial department to unfreeze my funds?? In order for me to pay all the deposits i did pay drained my savings account, maxed out credit card on cash advance took out personal loan borrowed $$. The girl named Monika Smith on WhatsApp got me involved in this, she helped facilitate the whole set up with my crypto.com account and with ratehawk platform. Theres group chat on WhatsApp called ratehawk 32, says has 33 members, all transactions you get a wallet address from customer service on ratehawk workbench site then send your deposit through via crypto.com using polgon native channel in usdc . Customer support requirements you send screenshot of the transaction ect. If you cant make deposit you have ask for an extension basically there no human customer support just ai bot. Ive asked for supervisor ive asked talk to financial department ect they say im an unofficial user,, and they cant give any information until ive done task for 14 days straight! I have all my crypto.com emails of transactions made, the website platform to where these deposit went to and all the wallet addresses. Throughout people within the group have reassure me my money safe ect that after i pay to unfreeze my fund ill get my money back ect, and theres at least 3 others in group also in same or worse situation. Not sure how many have been victimized by this. I feel doubtful i even see my $$ back.
