Link on google search for passport renewal.

- Mesa, AZ, USA • Mar 26, 2024

It's a SCAM! Very deceitful! Their ad appeared 1st when searching for USPS passport scheduling, so I accidentally made an appointment at their site 5 days ago but failed to see that they already charged me the fees. USPS only says it's an estimate and you will pay it when you come to your appointment. I overlooked this and called my bank as soon as I got off on their website and my bank alerted me to a charge and saw it was not the legit site I intended to transact with. However, my bank said the transaction was pending. When I called their line, it was not available so I left a voicemail wasn't returned until a couple of days later and they said my payment already went through event if it showed as pending on my end. I was emailed today to say that cancellation was not approved and refund is not available! Other people were fooled, too; see https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/uspriorityrecords.org?stars=1

A google search for global entry brought this site up and not the real government site, there site looks just like the government site and tricks you into using it thinking it is the real global entry site.

The site pretends to be global entry then when you pay it states that it will submit the info for you. I reached out immediately after to cancel my order, they tried to negotiate a discount then never replied.

They pretend to be global entry for the US Government. I needed to apply for my son and I included his passport and birthdate with address. I also lost $150 for the fee.

Applying for Global Entry. Completed the application taking personal information.

I was attempting to apply for a Global Entry Card online and was scammed by a fraudulent site (Global Entry Assist) that is not part of the US Government and charges $250 to take your $, credit card information, personal infomration, drivers license and passport infomration.

I recognize how stupid I was but the fact that I now have to lock all of my accounts and monitor everything for identiity theft and am out money is very upsetting to say the least!

I wanted to apply for the US global entry, searched for it on Google, and unfortunately clicked on the first result which was not the real website

I was attempting to apply for Global Entry online. I searched in Google, "Global Entry" - The first website listed came up and said "Global Entry - Apply Online Now" - When I clicked on the website it looked very official and asked the same questions that are asked in the actual Global Entry site. They took all of my personal information and and charged me $149. Nowhere in the application does it state that they are not the actual Global Entry website (though it does state this at the very bottom of the webpage in fine print). I have emailed them several times to cancel my request, issue a refund, and delete any personal information they have, but have yet to receive anything other than an automated response.
