- Farmington, MI, USA

Company acts like it is TSA and charges a $158 fee to setup an appointment with TSA.

- Astoria, NY, USA

Scammer got my personal information - passport, driver's license etc.

- Charlotte, NC, USA

I googled the website to apply for global entry and clicked the first link. It brought me to a questionnaire collecting personal information including my full name, addresses for the past 5 years, employers from the past 5 years, passport, and driver's license information. Once I completed the questionnaire, I was redirected to a payment page to complete my application, There was a processing fee of $149.99 that prompted me to confirm the URL. I found that real website for the global entry application and did not proceed with payment.

- Weirton, WV, USA

I googled pre-tsa. Then I went to the website: Pre-TSA-pass.com. They charged me $149.99. My card reflects their phone number is 321-325-8279, and they are out of NM. I went to get fingerprints, and they told me it would be $87.00. I asked her why I had already been charged $149.99. She said I was scammed, and to call the credit card and BBB. I called my credit card and cancelled the card, and called ScamPulse.com to report it.

- Chicago, IL, USA

I filled out an application for global entry so they have all of my personal information from places lived, passport number and driver license number

Scammer has a targeted ad on google that appears first when searching for information on global entry. The first link takes you to their site, which, when looking quickly, appears legitimate. It even directs you to the official government website, so you don't notice. They charge their own fee exceeding the regular fee for global entry.

+1

It is a false global entry enrollment website that acts to help submit and complete the application

- La Canada Flintridge, CA, USA

I did not pay close attention... they had a fake US logo. I clicked the first search result, assuming that it was the US government, not a third-party site, and it took me straight to the filling out stage. I didn't think anything of the additional fee because everything is expensive in 2023. It should have rung alarm bells, but I didn't expect to be scammed on this. I've learned my lesson.

- Philadelphia, PA, USA

I googled for global entry application and one of the google search results (https://ge.global-traveler-apply.com/apply) was this scam website and not the department of homeland security .gov site.

- Tallahassee, FL, USA

I received an email on 5/20/2023 indicating my global entry was going to expire in four days.

I filled out the online information form and provided the following information. My name, my age, my address and my driver’s license number. I paid the $149.00 with a credit card.

- Tampa, FL, USA

I enrolled in a program that I thought would enroll me in the Global Entry traveler program. I later found out via research that this company is a scam that takes personal information and doesn't report it to the correct government program. I believe they do this to many people as they disguise themselves as a legitimate service.

- Plainfield, IL, USA

They collect all id, passport, employment, residential etc. info and charge you $149.50 in application fee on top of the global entry fee. Posing as an agent, and was a sponsored ad on google so the first link i click global-traveler-apply**** ed

Site masquerades as US Global Entry link, then takes you to third party site and charges you $149 to process your application in addition to government official $100 fee.
