I have been looking for some fender skirts for an old car that I purchased to restore. I looked online and found the website https://glass-action.com/index.php - where they specialize in making fender skirts for historic vehicles. I called the number and spoke to the owner, Ralph Stork, who then answered all my questions about the fender skirts process and explained if I purchased that day on 9/12/2024, that it would take roughly 3 weeks to make and ship. He told me not to call them to bother them until 3 weeks later to follow up on my order. I provided my information, he took my payment in the amount of $301 and 15 cents. He provided me with a receipt which he sent to me via text message which I can provide to you. It has now been 5 weeks since I placed the order, Ralph tells me he is busy and he will pull up my order and give me a call but never does. Then he does not answer my calls. When I text him, he tells me that he was busy and will call me the next day and never does and ignores me. I have asked for a refund and have been ignored. I done my research on Ralph Stork, the address I provided previously, 2355 S Foothill Dr, Dewey, AZ 86327, is where the business is operating out of and is actually his home. I did research on reviews and other customers have the exact same complaint regarding Ralph not responding, delaying the product and completely scamming customers out of their money which is NOT okay. This business needs to be shut down by the ScamPulse.com so he cannot continue to scam customers and also to have him arrested for taking THOUSANDS from customers. Look online at reviews for their business "Glass Action, LLC" in prescott arizona. You will see for yourself.
