I contact Glam Fun Rentals through Instagram, in regard of a Cotton Candy Machine rental, Photo Both and Marquee Numbers Rental. For the booking I called the phone number that she provided me because I had some questions about the services that they provide and then she (Cinthya Rodas) the owner proceed to text the payment options for the deposit that she requires to confirm the booking. Then they send an email to “confirm” and send all the details information as Event Location etc. And said that when the event date gets closer they’ll contact me to confirm which they didn’t. A 4 day’s before the event I trying contact them through Email- Phone Call- Text Messages and Instagram Messages and they never responded and blocked my phone number. I trying with several phone numbers and they blocked all of them. They NEVER showed up to the event. And Blocked Comments on their Instagram Profile

Company promotes itself as a party rental business (i.e. jump houses, ball pits, play areas) for children's parties. We contacted them through Instagram (only way to reach them), agreed upon a date and paid our deposit. After this, they never responded to any of our questions and they failed to uphold their end of the agreement. Their policy states they would reach out on the Sunday/Monday prior to the event, this did not happen and we were left scrambling for a replacement. They only responded to my spouse when he reached out via Instagram posing as a New Customer (presumably they saw another opportunity to take a deposit). On further review of Yelp, many of the exact same experiences can be found. They take the deposit, then ignore all further attempts at contact (Instagram and phone numbers which go immediately to voice mail). They should not be allowed to continue to prey on and take advantage of parents looking to provide their children with a fun party.
