There was an ad on Facebook for a portable cooling unit. I ordered one($89) and was offered the 2nd one half Price ($44.50). I used my credit card for the purchase on July 12, 2024.When I checked my credit card statement there were 3 charges for $89.98, $44.50, and $9.99. Additionally I received a confirmation that my item is shipped but the tracking number showed that only a label was created. I reached out to customer service and they told me there having a problem with their "partner courier", but the tracking number provided to me was for the United States Postal Service. This company has multiple negative reviews and also has the same address as several other companies Eco Heat, Robo Vac Pro, ZaptekAlso have negative reviews. Finally, the charges on the credit card for underneath an entirely different name "Modern Life Trend" which has a phone number 888-806-2504
