This is the app to visit your incarcerated loved ones by video. The Video Visits version of the GettingOut App does not work and there is no actual customer service just a number that repeats the options over and over. The email to contact them gives an error message when you click it and so does the phone number. It lets you sign up and deposit money then does not allow you to sign back in-says the password is wrong no matter how you try to reset it. There are reviews of the app on the Apple Store but I unfortunately did not do any research before making the deposit.
