I watched a presentation on Instagram about a product that improves memory. It is called Mind Boost from GetMindBoost.com. 'Supposedly' Bill Gates recommended it. He made a presentation at the beginning. I now have doubts it was actually Bill Gates. I immediately ordered the product using my iPhone. However, I started thinking it did not seem 'legit'. I looked at my credit card and I have been billed 3 times. I did place the first order for $3111.64, but was also billed 2 times for 368.88. I only received 2 order confirmations KSBHMXPE and KSBHM84E. When I saw that I immediately called the phone number on The Instagram page. I then called 833-851-5180 and also sent an email to [email protected]. From there I was told to call 888-939-5830 or send an email to [email protected]. From there I was told they could not cancel the order and I would have to wait for the shipment and return the product for a refund. I was charged a total of 1049.40. I don't have this kind of money and want a refund.
