Purchased merchandise on website. Received order confirmation via email. Jills Joy somehow enrolled me in Membership for $29.99 per month. Did not receive an the emails required by terms of service for initiation & each subsequent month before assessment. When discovered, on credit card statement 3 months after initial purchase, requested membership fees of $90.00 (3 months x &29.99). Customer service reluctantly offered $15.00.

I don't know who the person was, where they live, how the got my card information, or why my bank let the charge go through when they stop almost everything .I don't know how much information they got on me or how they got it. 8 am a victim of fraud. All my information was in a data breach more than once. I've changed cards, password, phone numbers. I don't save my card information on anything that has to do with Internet or with any company's. I have fraudulent charges on me from getjillsjoy.com from them slowing a stranger from God nows where use my account without my permission. They won't get in touch with me from that company , I even did a membership cancel to see if that worked in any further withdrawals on my bank account.i would appreciate some help
