I placed an order online for LLBean clothing in the amount of $37.31 on January 10, 2025. I have not received the order. I have exchanged numerous emails with company who said (1) order was on its way (2) order was delayed (3) order was delivered (4) order was lost (5) order will be "refunded" less a $15.00 shipping charge. My order had 0 (zero) shipping charge. I went online (including posts on Reddit) and found numerous posts of similar issues by other customers. This company in a scam and request your investigation so I can receive my refund and warn other people of this shameless deceptive "company". I have screenshots of my order and the long email thread.
