I have been charged $200 Monthly from this scammer of a company to remove negative online business reviews.

- Lancaster, CA, USA

They contacted me by email stating that they can help remove negative feedback from google, yelp and Facebook. I decided to sign up with them due having a couple of unfair reviews. They charged me $199 per month to help remove the bad reviews. Nothing was ever removed in over two years. I have tried to cancel so my times, but they keep telling me that I need to make an appointment with their customer service in order to cancel. Appointment never happened and they constantly cancel the appointment. THIS IS A BIG SCAM.

This company advertises that they will remove your company's negative google reviews and make you sign a 12 month agreement. They do not and can not remove your negative reviews. You try to get out of your contract because of the poor results - no negative review removal and they will not allow you to break your agreement. This is such a scam. They keep telling you that it takes 30, 60, 90 days of their proprietary process of submitting and re-submitting the negative review to Google. Then, escalating the review to Google and eventually it will come off. It never comes off and you keep paying $259.00 per month. I have had several calls with their so called Account Manager that keeps changing and they keep lying to me on each call, asking me why I want to cancel my service. They tell me that it just takes time and they will come off and I have to pay the entire 12 months. What a complete scam to the B to B consumer! This company should be shut down for what they are doing to people.

This company is absolutely criminal! I cannot get them to stop charging my credit card. It’s abuse and torment. I tried to give them a chance for eight months. They did nothing! Absolutely zero. The worst part is that I actually paid additional to use their AI service to reply to my positive google reviews and it was the worts thing I’ve ever seen. Absolutely disastrous. It replied in complete nonsense and said I was some type of company, which I am not that company. And it typed in some cryptic language. It was awful. I requested support to stop the AI and they couldn’t - it just kept going and making my company seem like a clown show.

They do not provide the service they advertise and they do not provide any kind of refund, regardless of their 100% money back guarantee. The worst part is that I cannot get them to stop charging my credit card. It's criminal!

Finally, when I wrote emails asking to quit the service - because there is nowhere to quit within your dashboard - they didn’t reply. So it took multiple emails to request someone to CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. Finally, they replied and wanted me to have a zoom meeting with their customer service specialist. This lovely woman’s name is LORNA ARRIOLA. She was accompanied by STEVEN SHAHEER. I included a picture here of our zoom call as proof that all of this is real. I couldn’t dream this stuff up if I wanted to. Anyways, Lorna tells me that I need to give the system more time before it starts providing results. I ask how much? She says she’s not sure. AND the system would have provided better results if I would have purchased some of their upgrades from the beginning. But, because I didn’t purchase the upgrades, then my account will not produce as it was originally advertised. So…. I am basically not receiving the product I paid for because I neglected to pay for the additional services from the beginning which nobody told me about….. does this make sense to you? Well Lorna made me feel like a complete [censored] that I wasn’t understanding it. It was so rude and so offensive. We ended the call by Lorna telling me that she would speak with her supervisors and determine a credit of some sort on my account. It would most likely be in the form of free upgrades, which I told her I had zero interest in. Instead, I wanted to activate the 100% REFUND GUARANTEE POLICY they have on their website. She said that’s not possible, but instead would help me with a credit. I never heard from Lorna again. I sent several emails to Support and nobody ever replied after that. I'm including a photo of my zoom with Lorna Arriola.

Get Dandy supposedly helps in disputing Google Reviews but since the last 6 months, they have not done anything for us despite telling us when we signed up that a typical cycle takes 90 days. After two 90 day cycles, there was no progress and they took credit for 3-4 google reviews we got removed by directly disputing to Google. When our direct disputes to Google were faster then their AI system we knew it was a scam. When we disputed their actions they said they would follow up on some of the claims and never did. They were only interested in holding us to the contract and collecting money without any doing any real work. The system doesnt work across the board and despite knowing that they advertise for all business categories including Healthcare which my business is in. Total scammers. I blocked the ACH because they were happy to keep collecting money and didnt even respond to any issues I had despite saying they would follow up. Then they forged an echeck in my name and withdrew the money from my account.
