I searched for RingGo to download updated app, which led to GetApp4Free scam

I searched for the RingGo app and GetApp4Free came up top of search above RingGo themselves. It seemed to provide the RingGo app and I tried to download it. It claimed to set up an account and took card details and provided an invoice for £1 to test. It then signed me up to Globe4health.com with a higher subscription than my gym. The website didn't let me login to unsubscribe. .This is operated by Samareline Ltd in UK. I think GetApp4Free sell their false front to scam different companies to profit behind.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

This posed as a parking meter app, so i entered my credit card number before i noticed at first it seemed to be a meter company in SPAIN. Then, I realized that it was a site to access movie and music media. No charges were made until 5 days later when a charge of 49.95 alerted my cc fraud dept. Then I canceled the charge and my card. Beware!

I installed the app as It pretends to be a famous parking app here in Spain. When i realised It was fake i had to cancel my credit card.
I didn't lose money but wasted a lot of time. Be careful!
