I placed the order from Genyite.com in July of 2025. I have tried to be very patient because I know items from different countries take longer. I stayed in touch through their email at [email protected]. But they were just stringing me along. Probably hoping I would just give up. At last this month, Mar 2026, I told them that I would report them if I didn’t receive my refund(which we agreed to 70%), by the end of the month (Mar 31, 2026). They said they would correct the situation in 24hrs. Ha! They did not of course! I lost $47.18.
