I received a phone call and they asked me my name. I asked why? They said they were a company or program looking to help lower utility bills. They asked me to confirm my name and I said yes. They asked me if I was the homeowner, I realized this was a scam and I said no and hung up. When I look at the caller ID it said "Scam Likely". The phone number that called under that ID was (714) 687-8341. Now I'm afraid that I will be a victim of identity theft.
