I had put in for a couple loans and received a response from "GE Financial." The Loan Officer said his name was David Hawkins and his telephone number was (339) 200-9054 at extension 113. He told me my loan was approved in the amount of $5,000 for a 36 month term, 9% interest and a monthly payment of $151.89. David Hawkins, or so he said he was, kept trying to get my username and password for my bank account in order for them to deposit the money in my account. He said they had to verify it was a legit account. After telling David Hawkins that was not going to happen, he kept insisting that was the only way I was going to get my loan. He told me if I gave him my username and password, I could change them once they verified my account. I told him I was not interested anymore and hung up. I called my bank and nothing had been compromised and when we tried at the bank to call the (339) 200-9054 number, there was a message stating that the person was not accepting calls and then tried one more time and a message said the number was no longer valid. These people are pretending to be a GE Financial institution and, had I not been aware of this type of scam, I may have lost everything in my bank account. I hope this will help someone else.

Email giving me a loan under the guise of GE Capital. Indian man talking. Extension 113 . Even sent a written contract but I’ve never spoke to this company. Offered $5000 for 9% over 36 months at $151.00 and some change for my poor credit score
