They called me after I got a new computer claiming to be dell tech support initially. Said they were monitoring my computer and it had viruses on it. They made me believe them too that I would need their help. Had me give them remote access to my computer and they showed me where all these viruses were. They had me buy a bunch of programs to help protect my conputer. Then I got curious when they kept calling and read on dell's website that they don't make unsolicited calls. I've been trying to get them to stop calling for months but they keep changing the phone number and means of contacting me. They sent me an email saying my "contract was about to be automatically renewed" and it was gonna cost $700. I finally called amd told them to stop calling and to cancel my contract but they told me they would call me back when their manager was around. Then the same voice calls me back and says i am in the wrong for not answering his many calls. I tell him to stop calling and he does not listen.
