The scammer provides "services" to apply for Global entry on your behalf. The website is top of the google search as a sponsored business when you type "global entry".

All of the information submitted is exactly as it would be if you went to the proper government trusted traveler website for Homeland Security. The fee is $150 to funnel through them rather than the proper website. Essentially you do all the work in their website for $150 when you could have submitted directly to the government agency.
