Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company via email, Instagram, and phone, all I have received are vague responses stating that "we are working on it," "these things take time," and "we can't make changes overnight." I have informed them that they sold me a service with a clearly stated timeframe, yet they have failed to deliver any results. I have also requested proof of work, but they have not provided any. After requesting a refund, the company ceased all communication, blocked me on Instagram, and stopped responding to text messages.
