I was promised a cash exchange for a 200 dollar adidas gift card. I was told they were purchasing my gift card for a percentage that I would have the money in a few short hours it's been a week tomorrow.

They took my Kroger card. Website wait the same thing, called the Kroger card the next day, balance gone. Have reached out to customer service via the email 5 times in 2 weeks and haven’t even received a reply. Even called the number and it keeps hanging up. Lost $300
