Called Garage door fix lancaster for door fix they came promptly and pushed the sale and said their parts were expensive even when i told him they are sold at home depot at less price he said ours are more expensive. He did job quickly and was throwing things around and fixed the spring and changed the drums charged 400 for springs of smaller diameter that vibrates every time door opens and makes 3-4 tumbling sounds and the drums for 100 (total $500) and i called they came back and said thats the siE we carry and it can do that noise but the door is balanced and that’s all, he didnt mention first time he was installing a different size spring or it would make these sounds. They refused any more negotiations even if i bought another spring on my expense they wouldn’t replaceit for free four five says after job was done. Called and supervisor never called back
