Scam artists!!

We had paid for their services in March. Sent over all requested info within 24hrs of being asked. Our rep Jim Austin would give us deadlines to when we would receive our grant list by and we would never received anything. They never return phone calls, messages or emails. After being tired of being ghosted we called to complain. The rude a** customer service rep told me that we need to be patient because his father just died. I said ok so did mine but I still have a company to run and you guys are being paid to do a job. Jim should take leave and give our file to someone else. The customer service rep continued to be rude so I complained about him as well. The finally gave our file to a new person by the name of Chris's Ross. He was good at first but then followed in the same foot steps of ghosting us. We finally got a list which consisted of 6 companies to apply to, after applying and getting rejected we found out it was because the companies didn't even offer grants. Once again, we had to make another phone call which we were told they were going to look into what happened and would supply us with a new list on Friday. That was 3 weeks ago and we're back to getting ghosted again. They won't answer the phone, return messages or emails. Today we reached someone and wr told them that they've been nothing but a headache and we want our refund that we were promised. Like before they made up lies. Prior they told us that Jim documented a whole conversation he had with us that never even took place. Now today were told that we were sent an email, if we received an email we wouldn't be calling. The rude rep said well we did go above and beyond our job looking for grants for you...sir that is your job, that's literally what we paid for! He said well you applied but you were rejected, we were rejected because the companies you supplied didn't even offer grants. He said you should get your refund in 15 business days but someone will be calling you by the end of the day today. Guess who once again didn't get a call. These people are the worst! Nothing but rude scamming liars!

This business is not professional at all, and full of a bunch of scam artists !! I had found this company via a Google search, to find applicable start up funding to start my business. I conducted business with Funding Target, in January 2022. I paid $217.00 with a money back guarantee stated in print, no matter what ! I filled out over 10 pages of personal information, to help structure a business plan together. Along with my business information. Fast forward months later, of going back and forth. Asking these people to revise my business plan, and correct spelling errors !! They never corrected the things, I had seen as well !! They always sent it back, when I had asked. But nothing fixed !! I eventually accepted the business plan as is, and wanted to send it off to acquire funding. I waited enough, as is. I spoke to a man named Jim Austin, which he had helped to a degree. He gave me 5 names of funding applications, to apply too. I sent those applications off, and I was supposed to have more to send out. I called to follow up with him, and never got a response. Another person would answer the phone, his name was Robert. He would tell me that, Mr. Austin was servicing other clients. It had been two weeks since then, no follow up calls back. No reponses to voicemails, or emails. They were purposely not answering the phone, at this point !! I disputed the charge I had paid, with my bank. I'm really pissed off that I had wasted my time with this piece of [censored] business !! That wants to play with people's money & time !! Now I have to look for funding elsewhere, to start my business !! Nobody conduct business with this scam !!

I was charged $217 a month ago; I was given log in information to the website which I logged into and answered the questionnaire. Since that time I have heard nothing from the company despite I have left messages on their voicemail and sent emails. I have not received any information concerning grants or even a grant proposal. I feel like it's a scam and now I'm unable to get my money back.

This promised a full refund if you were not satisfied with their services. I am very unsatisfied with their services. I would like a $217 refund sent to me at my address, **** ***** ***** ******* ************ ******* *****. They are crooks and didn't do anything close to assisting me with starting a business. Shame on You!!

I completed a form on EFundingNow.com to apply for a government grant. I was contacted by Funding Target. Funding Target asked that I pay a fee of $317.00 for their services. Neither website had an address. They used just used Delaware in their Terms & Conditions. The company kept calling me asking me to go onto their server and pay. I had to agree to use their services before the company would give me the mailing address.

Contacted EFundingNow.com to inquire about how to apply for a government loan. I was then contacted by Funding Target. Funding Target wanted $317.00 for their services. Neither website had an address or phone number to contact them. Funding Target would only give me the address if I agreed to their services and sent the money.
