I answered an ad on facebook for a data entry position making $22/hr. I was contacted by Dawn Salter on facebook messenger and directed to google hangouts. Everything seemed awesome at first, even though it seemed a bit odd to be done through google hangouts. I was speaking to someone who identified herself as Sandy Huard, who is in fact an employee of FSD Pharma. I was told she would pay off my credit cards to allow me to purchase a One Vanilla Prepaid Visa card that would be used for the purchase of office equipment. I had already given a ton of information during the "interview" and was ready to sign job paperwork. She told me that she would tell me if I needed to sign paperwork. This was a RED FLAG. All jobs require hiring paperwork. Upon further questioning, I was assured that everything would work out just fine. This all seemed very sketchy to me. After researching, the company is in fact real.. but this is a SCAM!!! I wish I hadn't given out any info, but I am glad I caught this before it went any further. Please watch out!

They are pretending to be a recruiter/HR dept looking to hire people for data entry working from home for $22/hr. They are insisting on obtaining your credit card number, credit limit, and banking info in order to deposit money into your account, so you can then purchase your equipment needed to work from home. They insist on needing your credit card numbers and banking info. The person I spoke with is using the name "Mrs. Sandy Huard" in Ontario, Canada. I have all of our conversations saved in Google Hangouts

I really wish I had seen this sooner. Same situation as everyone else. Posted by a Mary Morgan and then transferred to Hangouts. I thought something was fishy when she asked me to buy a $100 ebay giftcard... I should have listened to my gut. I'm just in a desperate vulnerable place. I'm very upset.

A personal ad was posted on a local Facebook market place group seeking positions for at home data input position for FSD Pharma Inc.in toronto, Ontario, Canada. I reached out and the poster redirected me to Google hangouts with the email of their superior, Sandy Haurd, [email protected]. I had a short interview and she said I was "hired and to gain access to the "portal" I had to purchase an ebay card. I was told anything I purchased would be reimbursed. After purchasing it and sending a clear photo of the receipt and the ebay card with the redemption code scratched off, she asked for my shipping address and a picture of my valid driver's license (which I didnt give). All through the messaging app hangouts, which made me skeptical seeing how I never got a link, I was confused why this information wasn't something I could input myself manually into a website url. I became hesitant, questions I had weren't answered after I had given the ebay redemtion code. I was just reassured that everything is done solely through hangouts and as I proceeded I'd come to understand the process. I cut contact and researched the company more. I found an identical story that was far more developed past the experience I had but was only to be my future had I continued. I checked the eBay card balance and it was $0.

They wanted me to get a $100 ebay card to start me up and that put up red flags in my head and i searched deeper and saw several posts about it all being a scam so i never bought the card but i had already given them a bunch of info that i wish i hadnt.

Was directed to Sandy through Chelsea Baker in a Facebook group. She set me up in a google hangout with Sandy were everything was great until she wanted my Facebook username and password.

Hello yes I was scammed by a lady named Sandy Huard. She was telling she will give me an interview for this data entry job for 22 an hour. She also told me she will pay off my credit card so I can purchase a vanilla prepaid card to buy equipment I would need to use for the job.

Same here. Just this day. I already send my info and ID to this so called Sandy Huard. It seems so true. Hopefully they will not use my identity to scam others. Im desperate to find a job. I thought It was legit. They say Im qualified. When I ask her if the materials will be charged from me, I am required to pay those material. I said I dont have money. Then she blocked me after that. Then I chatted the name Ndifreke Brownson Monday. This is the one who posted a job hiring. I told him he's a scam. He admit it and cursed me. Keep safe guys. Trust no one.

These people posted on Facebook for a customer service/ data entry/ medical billing position for $22 hr. I reached out and was told to download google hangouts for interview. Saw the email was from a gmail account and not from the company but proceeded with the interview. Was offered a job quickly and soon after was asked for my bank account number and routing. This is where I did not respond and started researching more in this person and type of scam. This woman Sandy Huard does work for FSD pharma but I’m pretty sure the person I was talking to was not her. The woman who originally posted in the Facebook group has either deleted her profile or has blocked me.

I had responded to a post that was made on facebook regarding a job for a dispensary. The woman that had made the post said i had to download a google account called Hangout. Once done i had to message a woman from the HR department with a code. Which i did. Once all said and done i was recruited and that i had to provide my bank information so they could deposit money into my account for proof that i was loyal to the company and so that i used the money for the equipment as told to do so in the beginning. Soon after i was told that if i provided my facebook account i would earn $1,500 so they could use my account to expand their company well shortly after my facebook was flagged for violating facebook standards and rules.

i wish i would have seen this post sooner. I unfortunately was scammed. I too replied to a post on facebook regarding a stay at home job which for me was ideal becuase im a full time student. So the person she directed me to was a woman names Sandy Huard. Sandy told me if i gave her my fb information the company would pay me $1,500 so they can expand their company before i knew it i was flagged for violating fb regulations. Note my daughter passed away in 2014 so on that fb i had all her pictures and videos and i lost it all because of them. Im devastated completely. Now the woman that had made that post is gone completely from facebook.

I am going through same experince right now. I answered add on Facebook and then had to talk to manager on hangout. Still talking to me everyday and supposedly a check is on thee way via FedEx. Same story as above suppose to let them know when it arrives deposit in my account and then deposit some in "trusted vendors" account.

I found a listing that popped up on my FB feed offering a work from home job with FSD Pharma (medical marajuana) company looking for individuals wanting to make extra money by working from home starting at $21/hr doing data entry etc... I received a confirmation from a lady names Sandy H**** stating she was the HR director and was conducting interviews through Google Hangouts. (red flag) no phone number available. She sent long lengthy texts about the job opportunities with the company and that you are paid weekly through Direct Deposit only. (red flag) It must be automated because she wouldn't directly answer my text responses. When I said I needed to do some research on the company and job she stopped responding. Apparently there is start up money and software to buy. (red flag) I started researching and found out it's a common scam. Please be careful!
