This is Gregory Williams, Intellectual Property Attorney at Frontier Trademark Law. I am writing to inform you that we have received a trademark application for a business name identical to yours, (INCLUDED THE NAME OF MY REGISTERED BUSINESS). However, it appears that your business name is not registered federally with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), which allows others to proceed with their registration.
Please be advised that, under the protocols of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and intellectual property regulations, priority is generally given to the original business owner over subsequent applicants. Therefore, it is crucial to confirm whether you are interested in securing federal trademark rights for your business name.
If you wish to proceed with the registration, please respond to this email so we can guide you through the necessary steps. This process involves completing the required forms, an attorney fee of $300, and a government fee of $350 per classification.
