I purchased a commercial grade pop-corn popper from FoodfPro. I paid $62.60 through my PayPal account and never received the machine or answers back from my emails. I emailed to: [email protected] and received no response. I emailed to: [email protected] and received "mailer daemon" from my email account. I reported this to PayPal and they did an investigation and finally refunded me. It has been 4 months since this has happed. No word, no shipment received. What a scam!

I ordered a portable dishwasher from them in August, my PayPal provides a tracking number through usps. I searched the tracking number and it says the label was created but item has not been received yet. It's said that for 2 months and still no change. I tried to go to their site to contact them but the site apparently no longer exists... go figure! I guess I'm out the $85 and some change. I have definitely learned my lesson. I have no options to file any reports through PayPal.

SCAM I contacted them to tell them that I hadn't received my order, and they responded by giving me the USPS tracking number & proof that the parcel was received. Upon looking through my mail for some kind of USPS notice that instructs me to pick up my package at the Post Office, I discovered that foodfpro.com sent me a package of face masks. Yes, it was received. But, it was NOT AS DESCRIBED. Filed a Not As Described claim with PayPal instead of
filing Item Not Received. Be sure you do the same because the Seller will send proof to PayPal that you received the tracked package, and PayPal won't reimburse you. Those sneaky crooks!

I ordered a slushie machine a week ago, and when i tried to email them to see when it was going to be shipped, email I sent it to, came back non existent
