I had purchased a“free” Swimsuit and they said it would take 2 to 4 weeks to ship (longer for international). It has now been seven weeks and I have sent them continuous emails about not receiving my package and I keep getting the same automated response that is copy and paste it from their website about shipping taking 2 to 4 weeks when I ask for a tracking number or where my package is they reply with the exact same automated response over and over. When asked for a refund they said they cannot refund me because it was a free gift. Even though I paid about $** for shipping for something that never shipped.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this website! They say items are free with shipping and handling but never received the product. Ordered several items and was told 2-4 weeks...I'm over 8 now. No way to contact them. Their policy changed after purchase. There are several others who are being scammed. Please shut down this business

Before I begin this rant I just want to say I tried to email them multiple times throughout the last month and got no response. The address they have listed for there company is a random apartment building. I saw an ad on Instagram for "FREE LEGGINGS". I found it interesting and went to the website to see how they're products looked, and all of their products looked like really good quality. I proceeded to checkout with the "free" leggings. Of course, they were not free. They charged me $*** for shipping handling, and mind you they are supposedly located in Palo Alto CA, and I am less than 30 miles away, in Oakland CA. I thought okay, it's okay I don't mind paying that, that's still pretty cheap. Especially considering they're retail value was $**. So after ordering about two weeks later, I get an email that says we have a high volume of orders and you can expect your package in 4-6 weeks. At this point i was a little perturbed. I ended up receiving my package yesterday, after approx 5 months. They are absolutely horrible quality! So thin they ripped when I tried to put my ankle in. I ordered a size large, (I wear a size 10us pants) they didn't even fit on my 135 pound friend who wears a size 5. These are nowhere near a size large, and they look nothing like the pictures advertised. And there is no way they would sell for more $68 retail. They took 5 weeks to get to my house from palo alto, yeah right. I called my bank to let them know it's a scam, and they're refunding the purchase price.

I ordered a swimsuit from Folsom Shop online on 4/29/2018. I received a confirmation email of purchase on 5/1/2018. This had a link to a tracking number that was not active. I assumed the tracking number would be updated after the item actually shipped. I waited 7 days and reviewed the tracking information on 5/8. The tracking number shows the item left the parcel center on 4/29. The parcel shipped from a distribution center in Northern California on the morning of 5/7. Then the order is marked as delivered (7 hrs later). I was home all day, and there was not a delivery made to my residence. I called their customer service line on 5/8/2018. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and no one picked up. I hung up and tried again after 25 minutes it auto disconnected. I emailed their support email 3 times requesting tracking information. I contacted their facebook page and their instagram page. It has been 1 week and I have not received a response. I decided to check reviews of the company on-line. Based off of reviews and comments, it appears this company is a scam and no one actually receives the merchandise they order.

An ad popped up on my instagram for a bikini special and you just pay for shipping. I had done this before so I decided to do it again. I purchased the bikini on March 31. It has been 6 weeks and my order is still "processing." They have no legitimate customer service, the only means of contacting them is messaging a robot. I messaged them on facebook and requested a message back on their website and still have not gotten one. There is no word on when my order will actually be shipped, and i just got scammed out of my money. I would attach an example of what I received, but I have yet to receive anything.

I saw an ad for a free purse on April 2nd and thought "oh cool a free purse only pay s & h." So I paid the $** shipping and handling and received an email with the confirmed purchase. The email said that it would ship within 4 weeks. There was no contact information on the email other than my own, and at the bottom in small words it says to reply to the email with any questions. It is now May 15th and there has been no update on my purchase, only a bunch of promotional emails. I emailed them for more information and have not received a response. After checking their facebook page, I'm seeing that this has happened to several girls. The other girls will comment and say that they have not received any reply to the emails or ask about their orders, but the comments are quickly deleted. This makes me super nervous because they now have my home address, billing address, and credit card number.

Folsom & Co has a series of “promotions” that they run where it offers “free” products (bikinis, watches etc), all you have to do is pay the $** USD shipping fee. You are automatically charged this shipping fee when the order has not been delivered. It’s been 4 months and my order is still “in process.” While visiting IG and other online forums, this seems to be the strategy where this company charges you the shipping fee but never executes on the delivery. As the shipping fee is not that substantial, a lot of people just take this as a lesson learned and move on. If you visit the company’s IG page or forums, there are A LOT of people who have fallen for this scam which is unfortunate.

Applied for a product and paid shipping for it on March 18 2018 and still have not received it.

Contacted via email but no response.

No other means of contact to be found (such as telephone number).

Money has been taken from my account.

This company advertises on Facebook & Instagram and is set up to look like a legit online shopping platform. They trick you by having massive sales that a free if you just pay for shipping but then they don’t refund shipping so you essentially are just paying for the product in a backwards way. The worst part is they don’t deliver the product and say there is a delay in shipping times due to overwhelming order amounts but by the time you wait it out they’ve received your money and don’t reply ever. They are all bots in their email and online chat platforms. When you google the address it’s an apartment complex in Palo Alto but they have a photo of a big building complex on their email making it look like that’s where their company is located. It’s all a big fake scam supported by Facebook & instagram.

I saw a paid Instagram ad for Folsom & Co swimsuits on my news feed (I'm sure I was targeted considering my age and gender) and clicked thru the link, which led me to purchase the product on their site - it seemed legitimate considering I was served a paid media ad on an expensive social ad platform. I purchased the product and was emailed a confirmation email a month ago, but no follow up on shipping, no reply when I reached out, cannot find any phone number, which led me to search them on the ScamPulse.com only to find that this has happened to countless others. BOO!

I ordered a bathing suit off this site and have yet to receive it or an email reguarding it in 4 weeks now. Every time I try to contact the company they send me the same exact generic response OR don’t respond at all. I’ve tried contacting them in every possible aspect and nothing

I bought some things from them and they were promoting on instagram, but it's been 2 months since I ordered the things and no sign of arriving or anything and I've read online that this website is a scam, I lost **$ and I needed them...

The website has several limited time offers to get items for free and only pay shipping charges. I ordered three items in Jan and haven't heard anything since. No shipping number nothing. Tried to contact them all I got was a replay stating that there was alot of orders and they were behind.

This company claims to have watches for free on their website. All you have to do is pay for shipping. Shopping’s is fairly expensive. Once you purchase a product, you don’t hear from them for about three months, sometimes longer. I have revived update texts for myoder but the link provided to track my order was a bogus number which includes a link to nowhere. A complete scam.

This company takes orders, charges money, and then never sends the product.

They claim long ship times, and then only respond with automated customer service messages that say "Unfortunately, our order fulfillment process has already begun and we are not able to accommodate your request. Sorry for the inconvenience."
