I ordered two "free" leggings from the website on March 20, 2018 and over two months later I received only one of the leggings and it was damaged and it looked used. I have contacted the company so many times and I keep getting the same answers "sometimes it takes longer" or "sometimes our items are shipped separately". I never even got a tracking number and when I told them the item I received was damaged and used they told me to send a picture and they would send me a new pair of leggings free of charge. I sent the picture and that email feels like it was ignored. I sent another email a few weeks ago and they told me to wait another 3 weeks and that they would refund 50% of my money but they still haven't refunded anything and I want a full refund and I don't even want the leggings anymore. I feel like a fool because they are not doing anything to solve my problem. It has been over six months and I just want all of my money back. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Folsom & Co was advertising on Instagram a free bikini, I would just have to pay shipping. I paid shipping and never received my purchase. I emailed the company for a refund or tracking number on the item and they said because of the high volume of sales that it would take longer than usual and because I only paid for shipping that I could not get a refund. I made this purchase May 7th, 2018....it is now September 16th, 2018 and I have still never received a refund or the product I paid for. This company is a scam and I would like my money back or the product promised.

I ordered a bathing suit from this website on April 3, 2018. After two weeks with no tracking number (my first red flag), I contacted customer support in hopes of getting an update on when I should expect my order to arrive.

Two MORE weeks went by without a response, and then I received an email telling me that they had an overwhelming number of orders and that I should expect a tracking number only once it's actually been shipped (second red flag).

Yet another two more weeks go by and they tell me my order has been shipped, but still no tracking number (red flag #3). A tracking number was given one week later.

By the beginning of July (four weeks later), I checked my tracking number to see that they had marked my order as "Delivered to sender" and yet the package was no where to be found. (red flag #4)

I once again contacted customer support who tells me "Our sincere apologies. We experienced a system error recently where there was a mix up with some of the tracking information. Your order may have been affected. But do not worry I checked and confirm that your order has already been shipped out and it is on its way! It should arrive in the next few days." (red flag #5)

It has now been two weeks since receiving this email (four months since ordering my bathing suit), and my tracking number is now coming up as "Not Found" when I enter it into the tracker. At this point I'm sure I'll never receive my item, I've made numerous attempts to reach someone to resolve the issue and I am convinced that this entire website is a scam.

Order a bathing suit from company. Never received product & when tried to reach the company the email was invalid. Eventually got to an automated system that was no help.

I made two separate purchases from Folsom & Co on April 21, 2018 for an orange Puerto Rico swim top size medium and also a burgundy Roxane bikini set (top and bottom) size large. I waited almost two weeks for my tracking info to never arrive before I began the emails. The first email told me I could track it with the order number and that worked just to tell me my order was being processed for two months! Finally I tried to track it with the order number last week or so and it said no order was found! I have pleaded with this company for almost 3 months now to either ship me my orders or refund my money that they have already taken out of my bank account. I have picture proof of the orders being placed the money being taken out of my account and countless emails trying to receive my products. I always receive the same response from them nevertheless a true reply from anyone from the company, just the same it will be there shortly there are delays. So finally today I decided to get to the bottom of it and here I've read many of the same people's experiences this company is terrible and a rip off! If there's anyway to get my swims suits that would be wonderful!

I took advantage of an advertised sale on the Folsom & Co site where I was only asked to pay for shipping. I never received a tracking number, the product never arrived, and when I reached out to support (3 times), I never received a response.

I seen an ad on Instagram claiming that your first order is free from the folsom and co website. I knew it was too good to be true because shortly after checking their website out I realized I had to pay for ‘shipping’. Placed the order several months ago and clearly never received it. They refuse to return my payment so it seems like a scam

I ordered a swimsuit from Folsom & Co under their "free" swimsuit promotion - only paid for shipping - on March 21, 2018. May payment was processed immediately on March 21, 2018. On April 18, after I had not heard anything for almost a full month, I emailed the support inbox inquiring about the status of my purchase - I had not received any confirmation or shipping information. I received a generic email back telling me they cannot complete my request for a refund (I never asked about getting a refund, just about the status of my order).

After radio silence for another two weeks, I reached out again to ask about the status of my order. May 1, I receive an email from support that they were checking in with the "Carrier" to see what is going on. Ok...

Fast forward to May 21- FINALLY receive an email that my item has shipped and I will be updated with a tracking number within a few days. Just to remind you, it has now been 3 full months since placing this order (and since they processed my payment) that I have heard anything from this company. As of today, still no tracking number or way to verify my order is real or coming. I believe this is a fraudulent promotion and will be taking action to get a full refund.

I ordered a “Free” promotional swimsuit offered for $10 shipping and handling. I never received anything. I ordered on April 4th, and still haven’t seen a delivery notice.. it’s still “processing my order”. I have contacted the company several times (they use a weird 3rd party website for their email communications - Zendesk). I requested a refund, and they conveniently “can’t” refund shipping costs. BUT THEY HAVENT EVER SHIPPED ANYTHING. This whole company is a scam, and I bet they don’t even have products made to send, they just take customers money for nothing and then refuse to communicate.

I purchased a “free swimsuit” from a Folsom & Co offer I saw others promoting on Instagram. I was charged $9.95 for S&H. A month later and still no swimsuit. There is no tracking number associated with my order number and the website tracking claims it is “still processing”. I have tried calling, it says “No agents available at the time”. And I have emailed several times to track my order only to receive a reply stating that they cannot help me and I cannot make changes to my order. I am not trying to make changes, I am only trying to track my order. I replied back that I then wanted a refund and the have not yet replied.

This company promoted a free swimsuit on Instagram. I bought one which came out to $0, but you had to pay the shipping fee and mine was just under $**. I made the purchase on May 11, 2018 and it is now June 18, 2018 and i have not received my order or tracking number. I have emailed several times and its always the same automated email response saying that they have a high number of orders and it will take time to process. Now I don't even want the swimsuit, I just want my order canceled and my shipping fee refunded, and they are still saying it will take an undisclosed amount of time to process the order. This website is a total scam and they trick you into paying a shipping fee for an imaginary product, just to keep that fee. They have no address or phone number posted on their website and the only means of communication they have is with an online email bot. They need to be investigated for fraud.

This site and "company " needs to be shut down! I wished I had looked up more information before placing my order TWO months ago! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! only one automated response msg stating they're experiencing high volume of shipments! They've had my money for 2 months now. My product is who knows where. I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. PLEASE SHUT THIS site down before more people lose their money and receive no products. The cost does not matter. If only 1 dollar times thousand orders..they've scammed 1 thousand dollars.

I made an order with them through an ad on instagram that led to their website. They took funds out on my account but I never recieved my order. I contacted them and they sent a generic email saying they were overwhelmed with orders but did not answer my question regarding a tracking number. I emailed again asking to cancel the order and get a refund as it had been months. No reply.

Online contact form is an automated "support bot"

They advertised a promotion for a free bikini as a new company promoting their products and just need to pay $9.95 for shipping. They stated it will take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. It's been over a month and I haven't received anything and no way to contact the business as all they have is an email address and no phone number or address. Also they delete any comments you leave on their social media including Facebook and Instagram. They are stealing people's money and then not sending them their order ever!!

This company sells products that never arrive and are impossible to contact. This is the scam where they offer you a free product as long as you pay shipping and taxes and then they never send the product. They portray themselves as a US company, but what they do is take cheap products from China and mark them up and resell them, IF they even send you the product at all.

Advertises clothing and or accessories for super low mark downs as a promo price ranging from $10-$30 with a higher price crossed out just below the item. The site advertises the

sale with a time count down of how long you could get a trendy clothing item or accessory before the time ends and the item is sold at original price. Tricks a customer into a deal, card info is accepted through fake website with an option to pay with amazon pay. Your money is accepted imediately and no item ever arrives. You get spammed by email of new promos, invitations to come back to the website, Instagram, Facebook or twitter. Works just like a true business except you never get any thing in return.

Shortly after paying a strangely large amount for shipping and handling for a promotional deal, I became worried that I had fallen for a scam. A little research confirmed this suspicion. The address that they list as their "office" is just a random apartment building in Palo Alto. I found many accounts of customers who never received their orders or waited months only to receive extremely poor quality items that looked nothing like as advertised. The company has not responded to my emails regarding my concerns, except to send what seems to be an automated email to tell me that I won't be able to track my package because of "technical difficulties."

I purchased a pair of leggings from this company online called Folsom and Co. The sell clothing and watches and they have a secure lock on their website so I thought it was okay to make a purchase. Turns out this company is a scam and I found sone videos on Youtube about how people are all waiting just like myself and they keep sending this automatic message below every time you reach out to them:

I did the same as everybody else here. Paid for shipping. I used PayPal tho so I will be contacting then and they are good at getting refunds back. How is this company still doing this??
