Found this website, FlowersByEva.com, off Google and ordered flowers for family members birthday. They never showed up and their customer service refuses to issue a refund, claiming an 'investigation' is underway. THIS IS A SCAM!

They present themselves as a florist from FlowersByEva.com. I ordered flowers for a dear friend’s funeral. Of course they were never delivered. I lost $90. I couldn’t be more heartbroken.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter while she was on a church mission trip in Elizabethton TN. The website claimed to be the number one local florist in Elizabethton. After placing the order online using my credit card, I received a call a couple of hours later from an Indian person (obviously not local). They told me they were out of flowers and would need to cancel the order. I was told that I would receive a full refund to my credit card in 3-5 business days, and a confirmation email for the cancelation. No cancelation email was received.

I used Google search for a florist near me in my town and state, and Flowers by Eva populated. I placed an order for same day delivery. After completing the sale, I wanted to find out more about this “local” store. To my surprise it said the location was Florida. I contacted the phone number listed and spoke to what sounded like a female with an Asian accent. I attempted to cancel my order because of the location. She placed me on hold, and then said it wasn’t a problem because there are many brick and mortar businesses throughout the US, and they would fill the order. I inquired the name and location of the florist, and she refused to share, citing confidentiality. Assuming this was a scam, I attempted to cancel my order but was unable to do so. The “Florida” location is no longer searchable, but there are numerous other locations that can be “located” to place an order.

My Son passed away. I ordered a standing spray for his funeral. It never arrived. I called and they said they didn’t have enough flowers to make it. I demanded a refund. They said they started it. I never received it. I’m So hurt and ashamed.

Total scammers. A family member thought they ordered flowers from them and they answered the emails & customer service line saying that they were delivered and that they were going to investigate where the flowers were. This company clearly doesn’t exist and nothing online makes them seem legitimate. They’ve also turned all comments off on their social media probably to avoid people calling them out publicly. Major scam

I paid for a flower arrangement to be delivered today, 2/4/25 for a Birthday and was told that the driver was en route all day. It never came, so I decided to investigate them online and saw that they have over 1600 angry 1 star reviews about what a scam this company is. They claim to be local to your area, but are definitely not. Who ever is doing the google ads is managing to scam thousands of people with what seems like to be no repercussions.
