My friend purchased a dress for her daughter's prom. Total cost 197.00. Flormiss.co.UK. First, they are located in the UK, they are located in China. They advertise custom fit dresses. The costumer sends their measurements to company, and they fit your dress to your size. She received the dress it barley resembled the dress in the picture. I was shocked when I saw the dress Flormiss sent. The dress was a different color of pink, cheap material, poorly sewed and not fitted. Now the company is trying to get out of refunding her money. After researching the company, it was realized the company is getting away with cheating people out of money. They company has either 5 star reviews-which is fake, or either 1 star reviews. All one star reviews said The people who purchase dresses did not receive the appropriate dress and the company refused to refund their money. EVERYONE. This company should be shut down and investigated, so they can not come back under a different name. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FOR THIS COMPANY. Please shut this company down, they are stealing money from hard working people. Thank you.
