Flexible Medical Solution, which is located at 2514 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, FL 33020, USA, submitted claims to Medicare using my Medicare number. Claims were submitted for 5 months and amounted to $12,150. Medicare processed the claims and when I received my EOB, I contacted Medicare to report this fraud. I have never received any of their DME equipment nor do I live in FL. Totally fraudulent claims.
