The guy I spoke with said he didn’t know why and he was going to escalate to his manager. He said my manager will call you back and I never got a call back five days later. I called back again and they said that they shouldn’t be a new fireplace and they still didn’t have a tracking number the agent told me to call back in three days for tracking number, which three days later he still didn’t have. They charged me $189 for subscription. I never signed up for and I call back today which is almost a month since I placed my order and now they’re telling me that my credit card is declining their refund when they try to refund me, I checked with my credit card and refund has been issued. They charge me a total of $279 without my permission and without a refund for the product I never received. This company is a scam. They will not ship your order they have fake testimonies online, DO NOT DO business with this company. SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!!
