Purchased Miracle Lids from FK Commerce on 21 August, with expedited delivery (through FaceBook). Money was taken from my credit card, but nothing arrived. I contacted FK Commerce at the end of September, and was assured my order was on its way, and I would receive a partial refund of the money they took from me. So, over 5 weeks later, and three further emails to them in which they made excuses for their refund and tracking systems, nothing has arrived or is in the system. This company is fraudulent and is scamming people. Beware!

I ordered my Miracle Lids in early August. When I called over a month ago they said they were coming. Called today, 11/14/20 & it went to voicemail. Still nothing! I put in a dispute with my credit card since this is ridiculous!

Purchased the same lids on 8/31 and to date no product and same excuses that everyone else seems to be getting. Have been contacting them weekly since 9/29 when the claim they should have been delivered and it is always the same response BS response, there appears to be only one woman running this scam as the email is always signed by the same Romina CS and when you call the one number (866.625.4181) Ive been able to find its the same foreign lady.

My manager is filing a report with their company to make sure this doesn't happen again. They shouldn't be allowed to do this to us.
We will keep working on this and pressuring them to get your package ASAP.

I ordered some miracle wrap food lids via FB ad on 6/8/20. By 6 weeks later I still had not received anything. Their tracking number does not exist. I started emailing them. Promised several times that my goods were on way. I then requested a refund. They offered 25% refund as goodwill as order taking so long. It is now 5th Nov 2020 & Still do not have goods or refund. Real scam company!

I ordered 2 Charging Cables from this company and was told it was despatched 30th July, I have checked the tracking and the number does not exist, I have contacted them on several occasions and every time they just keep telling me to check the tracking. I fear now my £17.94 that I paid was a complete scam. I have asked for a credit but they didn't answer me

I ordered Miracle Lids order # 910696C198 for $23.94 in August 2020 and have not received it to date (it's November 3 as of writing). This was purchased thru an ad on FB. It says that I should receive a confirmation e-mail which also never came.

I ordered 2 charging cables from an advert on Facebook, I was advised that these items were despatched on 30th July, they gave me tracking but the item does not exist, this is the reaction I got from them

This company is a SCAM. I ordered charging cords Aug. 30 and have called them every week for the last four weeks and was told either that they have not received them and they would be shipped the following week or that they will send me a shipping confirmation in the next week or two. I just file a dispute with my credit card company.
Also on one of my phone conversations with FK Commerce, I said that I thought they were a scam because of constantly telling me that there will be a shipping confirmation "next week." They snidely said that they would not scam for such a small amount of money.

I ordered an orthopaedic pillow in August from FK Commerce. It never arrived. Credit card refunded the money and then at the beginning of October recharged the money as FK Commerce had apparently shown them proof of postage. Still no pillow has arrived - total scam! They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this.

IF you paid by CREDIT CARD, call your credit card company and DISPUTE the charge. I did that today, and was given a conditional credit back. Now FK Commerce has 30-60 days to respond to the credit card company. If they don't, the credit is permanent. FK will send my cables or Chase will give me the permanent credit on the original charge from 7/1/20. My ad was on Mobility Ware. If my credit is permanent, they will hear about. Those that saw the ad on FB should complain to them, and add a post about Rocket Commerce/FK Commerce.

I called FK Commerce's phone number. I spoke to Mina (Romina) who looked up my order for three iPhone charging cables. She looked up my order, from the order ID I had in the email trail, and saw the 25% credit I was given of $7.98 on 9/8/20, for my inconvenience. Still no product, even tho the tracking number I gave her said it was delivered in late August. She is going to research my complaint, get back to me on 11/5, and said she will have product resent. I told her I had just spoken with my CC company, and filed a dispute, but if I receive replacement product, I will cancel the dispute. We will see what happens.

Susana, try the phone # I got from Tammy, 1-866-625-4184, and see what happens. In the meantime, dispute the charge with your credit card company. It can only help...good luck.

They took my money and never sent anything. The tracking number with Parcelgo said the package was delivered, but that was a lie. They promised me a refund, but I haven't received a single penny back from them.
This company does nothing but steal from people.

Ordered non plastic lids back in August 2020 and have not received them and after reading all the complaints I don't really expect to but am not wasting my time chasing any more, fortunately very little cost was involved. People like this are a pain ! and don't do genuine companies any favours.

Ordered 3 android chargers August 6th 2020. Still haven't received them as of October 15th 2020. I emailed them last month, they are saying covid19 has the process slowed. Ok I get that but 2months. I finally got a phone number and called bc on the tracking "ParcelGo" it says, "Delivered at customer address" on October 4th 2020. Which it WAS NOT. Called and she was going to track it n call me and hung up the phone.

Bought off FB, under the name of Miracle Lids. The order was placed on 23 August 2020...still waiting, answered my many emails with as many excuses,... COVID, shipping not sending right Tracking Number etc. My bank Credit Card payment details show that FK COMMERCE HTTPSFLOATIER FL is the payee. How can this fraudster company be brought to account for their actions ??

Same as all the other reviews...ad seen whilst playing scrabble.
Paid for three cables...chased and chased,emails received blaming covid and delivery times because of distance. Asked for a refund...no response.
Could have been worse had I spent more but would have trusted that ads placed on these sites woul have been verified.
A bargain is never a bargain !
