I ordered supercharger cable in August never received my item had reply one in November but since then no reply on email and I asked for refund since then no reply its a scam site so don't order from these [censored] bags

I ordered some miracle wrap food after an instagram post on late August 2020. Till this day I had not received anything. I started emailing them and been provided with tracking number that does not exist. They promised several times that my goods were on way. As normal and expected I requested a refund. They offered 25% refund as goodwill as order taking so long. 13 Jan 2021 and not even a partial refund or goods. I raised a dispute with my bank to recover my payment and the company takes until 6 April 2021 to reply. SCAM from ten miles away. Avoid!

Made a purchase in August from a Facebook Ad from FK Commerce. After some time, it did not show up. I've called them many times now and keep getting the run around. Guessing it is a scam. They say they are in Miami, FL, but I have no idea if that is where they are. I gave you the phone number I called when I talked to someone. That is all the info I have. I never received what I ordered from them

Never received shipping confirmation. I emailed, I called, same response. It shipped, you just didn’t receive the shipping info. It is on it’s way. Oh, we are having delivery problems because of COVID. We can’t depend on these drivers.

I asked for my money back. Nothing. This company is a major scam! Avoid at all costs!

I ordered rubber lid tops August 20 2020 for 29.93 1 month goes by 2 months go by I call them oh there on there way...it is now December 23 2020 they said they would give me a refund 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I've called I've written had a known that this was being sent from China I would have never ordered them. It's the point now I want my money back 4 months of waiting their a scam and thief's... I'm going to call my bank to see what they can do

Same complaint as most others. I ordered 3 Super charge cables on 27th August at a cost of £22.91 and received several responses stating that the order was on its way, then that I would receive compensation for the delay and then that I would receive a full refund. Since then I have not received any responses to my emails. I presume I have been conned but this is very annoying given that I was seduced by an advert on Duolingo which I assumed to be a trustworthy source. Is this "company" being investigated and action taken by anyone? Brian Courtney

I ordered the Super Charging Cables August 23, 2020. If you buy 2 you get 1 free, so I did. The cost was $31.93. The order was suppose to be coming from China. So, a month went by and I called to check on it, the man I talked to was very nice and assured me it was on it’s was. Another month went by, now November and December. I called again and he said it was on it’s way. I said I want a refund...I’m still waiting. I guess you could call this a learning experience.

I ordered super charge phone cables from this company on 7th August. They assured me the cables had been shipped and until recently were responding to my emails, also offering 25% off for time delay.. A month ago I gave them a further couple of weeks after which I was clear I wanted a full refund. Despite several emails sent they stopped responding at that point. The tracking number they gave me cannot find any trace. Unfortunately I paid by debit rather than credit card so I guess that’s £17.95 down the drain.

I ordered a super charger for my cell phone. I believe it was called Power Pro or Power Pod On August 12, 2020, my Visa Card was charged $12.97. I never received any correspondence from FK Commerce and I never received the product I ordered. So I am out $12.97. I would like a refund for this amount.

Ordered charging cables August 29. Received email confirming shipping on September 1. Was informed of 25 business day delivery schedule. It is now 61 business days later (over 3 calendar months), and they keep telling me it has been shipped.They even emailed me a supposed copy of the shipping label.

I filed a dispute with MasterCard, and the credit card company immediately returned my money. If the order ever shows up, I will rescind my dispute and pay them. I recommend everybody do the same thing.

Interestingly they just offered me a 50% discount to resolve the dispute. Thanks but no thanks. I have ALL my money back now - why would I remove the dispute from MasterCard and thus pay them again, only to allow them to have HALF of my money instead of none of it.

This has all the elements of a scam in my opinion.

Very similar scenario as others with this SCAM COMPANY! Ordered lids for $35.91 on September 1st, charged my account September 2nd, I sent email for status on October 1st, received response apologizing for shipping delay "due to COVID'. After receiving an October 5th email totally in Spanish I requested cancellation and refund. An October 7th email stated "All refunds are being made one by one due to the facility stated earlier. Don't worry, your request has already been heard and is in line to be answered. We are respecting the order of arrival, so wait for your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible. As soon as the refund is made, we will email you."

Received October 30th email saying shipment on its way so responded I had cancelled asking for refund. So they responded same day with "Refunds are being made on a first-come, first-served basis. We fully understand your discontent and are doing our best to ensure that your refund is made as quickly as possible."

On November 5th I received package via USPS. I returned via USPS with tracking delivery on November 12th @ 1:40pm. I called today November 17th with a "Debra" putting me on hold for a few minutes checking on my order. She stated "moving it to her manager's desk for resolution". His name is "Oliver". Said I should expect refund by next week.I kept my cool ending the call informing her that I was not going away (wishing I had asked her "So you eat with that lying mouth?")

I ordered a Miracle Sponge on 21st August 2020. FK Commerce, took payment immediately - £19.94 for Product plus £4.95 for postage etc. I am still awaiting my ordered Sponge. I must admit, they did say early October 2020. I am extremely disappointed as this Sponge looked amazing in their advert on Facebook.

I saw the Duolingo ad for "Super Charge" and decided to buy the three cables, they tried to sell me more things before I finished my purchase (luckily I didn't). The order confirmation email came to me from [email protected] on August 30 that I purchased the cables. When I saw that it had already taken a long time, I decided to send emails to [email protected] but they told me that due to COVID they could not answer quickly but that my order was already on the way, so several times, I wanted to enter the website but now was not. Supposedly a girl named Nadja O. was in charge of checking my order, and they also had the number +1 866-625-4184.
We are already in November and I have nothing, how sad that people cheat in this way and take advantage of the situation. :(

Yo vi el anuncio en Duolingo de "Super Charge" y decidí comprar los tres cables, me intentaban vender más cosas antes de terminar mi compra (por suerte no lo hice). El correo de confirmación de orden me llegó de [email protected] el 30 de agosto que compré los cables. Cuando vi que ya había tardado mucho decidí mandar correos a [email protected] pero me decían que por el COVID no podían contestar rápido pero que seguro ya estaba en camino mi orden, así varias veces, quise entrar el website pero ya no estaba. Supuestamente una chica llamada Nadja O. era la encargada de checar mi orden, y también tenían el número +1 866-625-4184 .
Ya estamos en noviembre y no tengo nada, que tristeza que la gente estafe de esta forma y se aproveche de la situación. :(
