I was online looking for a quite for better health insurance due to having to lay $100 every time i see a specialist and i received a call from a man named Anthony from FirstHealthLBP.com and he told me that this is good insurnace and that they cover all the doctors that i see currently. I went to my primary care doctor and after getting there i was told that this company is not covered. All my doctors are pretty much through the same clinic and after putting my information into the system all the doctors stated that i would have to pay out of pocket. I called the "insurance" company and requested my money back as i have not used this insurance and they have given me the run around stating that i havent even tried to use it and when asking to speak with a supervisor they state that the supervisor is not available. I have also been told multiple times that i will get a call back and never do. I ended up having to call my bank to dispute this charge for $344.
