My name is ****** ****** and I'am the author of the book titled "****** ******* **** ** **". I'm reporting Falcon Ghostwriting.com. It is operating as a professional ghostwriting agency yet after attempting to do business with their company I was almost scammed out of $250.00 dollars along with being called a [censored] multiple times and being hung up on by two of the representatives. I was initially reached out to via Facebook by a Victor Minez 12/18/2024 who said he was the company's owner. After negotiating over the phone what seemed to be a great promotional deal in order to secure services for my book I was transferred to a Brian Wells to discuss further details. Brian got angry with me after trying to pressure me into altering certain aspects of my book. He became upset and hung up on me mid conversation but not before yelling in my ear " Your not getting your refund" this was after I requested it. As I write this there is uncertainty if or not I will actually receive my $250.00 back at all. After the altercation Victor Minez calls me back to resolve the issue but ended up spewing racist derogatory, hateful words at me when I disagreed with his and Brian's lack of work ethic and lack of respect in how they were responding to me as a potential client, especially because I did nothing wrong. Please do not support this company , they have no ratings on the ScamPulse.com website and have paid reviews on other platforms to make it seem like they're legit.
