On the Keranique website, there was an "introductory offer" of a box of products for the price of $53. However, this is autoship program which continues to bill your credit card for exorbitant amounts of money, and calling to cancel does not stop the monthly billing. I initially ordered the "introductory offer" box on Jan. 21st, 2025 for $53 and realized I couldn't use most of the products. I called and cancelled but was told that a 2nd box was already in process and could not be stopped. So I received a 2nd box, & was billed another $58 on Feb. 19. Then I found that I was billed again for $58 on March 25. That's $170 for products I cannot use. I have read in complaints that it's impossible to return products & get refunded. This is a scam exactly like "Crepe Erase" which is nearly impossible to resolve as they are overcharging for products & the "autoship" that you unknowingly agree to is their ticket to $millions, so they certainly hope to cheat customers out of as much money as they can get away with. You can buy & try Keranique products on Amazon WITHOUT entering into an autoship contract so--don't even THINK about going to the Keranique website to get sucked into their scam. I suspect I will have to cancel my credit card in order to stop the billing. It's disgusting how many companies are using product sales with an "autoship" contract to scam consumers. * **** *** ********** ***** ***** **** ** *****
