I just noticed I have 2 charges on my bank account for this coolandclass.

This ad appeared to originate with Wal-mart. It appeared to be a sort of "loyal customer" offer of "free" cookware - a set of pots and pans- for just the cost of S & H. I ordered it online back in November. I have not received it. I asked Wal-Mart customer service about it and they said it did not originate with them. They did not recognize any of the order or item numbers on my order confirmation. Then on my March credit card statement a charge for $68.89 appeared from somebody called "coolandclass" with the phone number, and indicated WA. When I called the number, it was Factory Direct Saving Store, which is supposedly in Los Angeles. I spoke with Brittney. I explained all the above, including the fact that I have not received the merchandise, and she said all she was authorized to return is 50% of the purchase price. I told her that is not acceptable, and it is a scam, and I will be pursuing this another way.

I was told all I had to do was pay 4.99 for earbuds that I had won! Fast forward I have been charged $76.68 twice for a monthly subscription that I never knew about! Factory Direct Savings is a total rip off! I
After reaching a customer representative I will see if my money is refunded! A total scam!

I was sent a email for a smart watch. All I had to pay was $7.95 for shipping which I did. A day later my bank contacts me about a charge on my account for $99.99. they didn't allow the transaction to go through but I was charged for the shipping fee. I had to order a new bank card as well because I was informed that they would continue charging me if I didn't deactivate my card.

I ordered KN95 Masks, agreed to $7.95 shipping. No balance due was given. They said "30 day moneyback guaranty". I was charged $7.95 two times on 1/16/22. Charged $7.95 again on 1/18/22. In about a week I received 10 masks. Didn't know it but on 1/20/22, was charged $59.95 for them. In same box was a smaller box with a really ugly, cheap watch. Had no idea why I got that. On 1/19/22, I was charged $59.95. When I inqquired they said that was for the watch.
Then, on 2/18/22 was charged another $59.95. On 2/19/22 was charged another $59.95. HOWEVER, all of these charges were from different web sites and different phone numbers. All in all, I've been charged $263.65, for ordering 10 KN95 masks. I have all the company names and phone numbers. What should I do next?

So far they got $117.95 of my money! I am on SS! Can’t call them, write them or find any contact info. If they take $$ out in February, I am going to explode! I am still recovering from Covid/pneumonia. Hospital bills and meds to pay for! Please help!

They stole my money and lied to me..they called me from #813-379-9720...they have so many numbers..it has to be a ring of foreigners out of florida...ill never see my $100.00 again..its not right ! This is crazy that we all have been through the same scam. I completed an offer and had to pay $4 and some change for s&h. I checked my email and it showed confirmation of email with $7.95 for a sentry cam t-1 on 11/7/2021. On 11/10/2021. received another email that order was shipped with tracking number. I checked my account on 11/12/2021 and see a $59.95 debited from my account. I contacted FDS the same day and asked why was I charged. She informed me that it was a monthly subscription. I informed her on the call to cancel everything and even the cam. You just shipped it 2 days ago and nowhere on the site when I paid the S&H did it mention a monthly subscription. She stated that the monthly subscription will be canceled. I can also keep the cam and they'll refund me $30. Something told me to say no but I agreed...Fast forward a month and half and guess what still no cam. I checked the tracking number and it just showed FL. I called around the second week of December, and the representative says give it till that Wednesday and call back. I give it until that Friday and once again nothing has arrived. I called again and another representative checked the tracking and it was showing the same thing. She stated that we'll send a new one out. I should receive it in 3-5 business days. Once again no product was received. I called them once again on 12/22/21. I informed them that no product was received. She gave me a tracking number and tells me to give it a few more days. It may have been delayed. I decided to check the tracking number and guess what. It says that the tracking number doesn't exist. This is mind blowing that people are scamming others out of money. I decided to check the name out online and saw that everyone is going through the same scam. After I read some of your complaints, I went to check my bank statement and the $7.95 was charged something totally different company. It's listed as Fitness gains today. Wow oh wow..

Took a survey. Won a prize, sentry t cam, for just shipping cost, $7.95. On Nov. 10th 2021. Still have not received it, as of dec 28th 2021. Third call finally got a answering machine that said there were delays due to inclement weather. Leave name/number and they would call back.. they havent. Sent a email to the customer service dept. Listed for them, no response. Now I have a $59.95 charge on my acct for ? I didnt order from capofit. Did get hold of someone at 2 a.m. one morning. Could barely understand his accent and after 30 minutes he still could not find my order number or info.

Received a text from what they say is Verizon saying thank you for your payment. As a loyal customer here is a gift for you. Then it takes you to a fake verzion page and ask you to fill out a quick survey to get your gift. Once complete it ask you to pay only $7.95 for the shipping and product is free for taking survey. After you complete the purchase of the shipping you are then given more options to view Terms and Conditions. It is there you will read that its a membership program to be billed monthly starting 48 hours after initial sign up. I've called every phone number for them to try and cancel and all run you through a loop. Filed a fraud complaint with credit card company and will with the better business bureau for deceptive practices and spamming.

This Factory Direct is a TOTAL SCAM! Just like the other complaints being reported they had a FREE Gift offered and to make a selection and all I had to do was pay the $7.95 shipping! I selected a watch which looked like it would be worth at least the shipping cost. Then my bank account was charged $59.95 from RIP FIT ( a charge from Factory Direct located in Florida) I called their number (888-203-7486) after calling my bank to dispute this UNKNOWN charge of which I had to wait for it to post..I talked to this person who could barely speak English to ask what this charge was for..They said it was for a prescription they signed me up for when JUST paying for the cheap shipping on this watch I was TRICKED into getting SCAMMED by their cleaver tactics! I told her I was going to dispute this charge and report them for their fraudulent business tactics. She then said if I could just receive the watch they would stop the future prescription charges and refund $20.00 to my account. I agreed so I would not have to go through the dispute process and have to get a new debit card and just receive the watch...Well the watch came and was NOT the one offered in their SCAM gift selection! It was a POS worth only 5 Bucks at the most like you would get out of a cracker Jack box! So even their FREE gifts are a SCAM! Now I'm really made especially as to how much time and trouble this [censored]ic crap has caused me but this Factory Direct business has to be STOPPED as they must be ripping off allot of people and getting away with their SCAM! I will NEVER fall for another Get A Free Gift BS scam again and hope this message will prevent you too from my mistake!

My experience with this rip-off company was similar to others. I was supposed to receive a free gift; shipping and handling was 7.98. The next thing I know my credit card company contacted me via text message. They said they had declined a purchase for 49.99 from a third party company that I had never heard of. When I responded by saying that I didn't purchase anything from this company, they said they'd send a new card. What a nuisance! I called factory direct--they had sent me an email saying my item was shipped-- and they gave me some song and dance about why the bank charged anything other than the 7.98 shipping. Sorry, I don't want to hear it. Thanks to THEM I have to go through the inconvenience of updating my credit card everywhere. I told them in no uncertain terms to get out of my life!

The email was presented to me as a survey for a regular store where I shop. Received a free gift for taking the survey, only had to pay for shipping. A month later and I've been charged $50 twice by two separate third-party companies claiming I signed up for a "subscription". When asked what the "subscription" was for they said "coupons". I don't coupon and I haven't received any emails full of coupons. Not only did I pay $7 to ship a $12 camera with low ratings, but I was misled and robbed in the process. I didn't miss any fine print, this was 100% a scam. I had to call
2 separate third-party companies, each one had taken $50 from me. The first told me if I sent the camera back they would charge me a $15 restocking fee and give me the rest of my money back. So I need to pay the initial $7 for shipping, however much it's going to cost for me to ship it back and then $15 for a restocking fee just to get my money back? Great. Call the second, totally different, company and receive the exact same spiel. Third party, never tells me the name of the company charging me, "subscription" for coupons. This time the woman won't hear me out and continues to just talk over me telling me I won't get my money back and it's just too damn bad. I'm a single mom and the pandemic has affected me big-time, like it has most people. This is not okay!

I received an email from a regular store where I shop, the email seemed legit. They said I'd been selected to complete a survey and if I did so I would get a free gift as long as I paid for shipping. I completed the survey and was able to choose between free gifts. I chose the cheap little Sentry cam, not rated very high and worth about 12 bucks, and figured $7 shipping was worth it. Nothing mentioned a subscription or anything, no small writing I chose to ignore. I only go through my purchases on my bank app about once a month. Something felt off with my money, but it was confirmed when I went through my charges and found two separate charges from two different companies for $49.95, I also saw the $7 charge for shipping. Like I said, two separate companies with separate phone numbers. I called the first number and all they said was customer service, they never gave a company name even when I asked. They told me they were a third party company and they would have to look to see what I purchased. I was told my Century cam "purchase" was part of a subscription, nothing spoke of a subscription before. I'm literally crying on the phone because I can't afford this and they can't really tell me what my subscription is for, I was eventually told coupons. $50 a month for coupons when I don't even coupon and haven't received any email coupons. I was told my subscription would be canceled and my money would be refunded only when I sent the camera back, but there would be a $15 restocking fee. Keep in mind I've already paid $7 for shipping and I'm going to have to pay to ship it back. I solved and the woman put me on hold, came back and told me they would waive the restocking fee if I just sent the camera back. Thank God. I go to call the second number and see what this other charges from a completely different company. Exact same experience as the first. Customer service, third-party, subscription for coupons because of the Sentry cam. I don't know why it's a completely separate company with a different phone number? She could see that my subscription was recently cancelled, like five minutes ago, but she treated me like garbage and told me I wouldn't be getting my $50 back and it was too bad. I'm trying to explain my situation and that I cannot afford this, but she doesn't care and she just keeps talking over me. I didn't sign up for this and I can't afford to be ripped off. I'm a single mom and the pandemic has greatly affected my income! I'm absolutely devastated about the whole situation, this isn't fair

I received an online invitation to try their service -- "Factory Direct Saving." I bought a gadget called "Finder Tag" for around $6 plus shipping. Not sure if the thing was complete, so it's been ignored. One month later -- today, 12 August 21 -- my bank notified me that a charge of $49.99 had been applied to my account and they asked if it was legitimate. No. But I followed up and it was that "FACTORY DIRECT SAVINGS" group. They claimed I had "subscribed." Nothing in their disclosure indicated a subscription. When I called their number. -- 866-385-5422-- I got their customer service and cancelled. When I complained more, they offered to refund $30. They couldn't find any reference to a subscription either. The stuff they offer seems to be junk and this so-called "subscription" is a lie. They can keep the f[censored] $50! If I can warn others about these [censored], that is enough for me.. Their billing reads "MAKMOVGLAM, whatever that means.

I began to receive cheap sunglasses and watches in the mail from a company called Factory Direct Saving. I wound up contacting the company and asking them why I was receiving the items. They said I had signed up for a trial and paid $4.95 for shipping, which I don't remember doing. They then charged me around $100 a month under various business names including HealthPower, Everyday Health & Beauty, HealthFit and Health101. I asked them to cancel whatever contract I had and I had to change the number on my debit card.
